We all sometimes with luck or by chance get a chance to attend interviews in our dream companies. So we shall prepare or practice for the interview, never be overconfident with your skills and experience.

1. NEVER HESITATE TO ASK YOUR DOUBTS
Whenever you receive a call from HR for an interview, never hesitate to clear your doubt about the job, because once you know about what are the company is hiring for, you can prepare for the interview.
You shall ask about the project details also and what are the role company is hiring.
If you are not comfortable with the interview date or venue you can ask for some alternative date and venue if available.
Nowadays interviews are conducted on online video conferencing platforms Microsoft Team, Google Meet, zoom and etc.
So if you are not available on these platforms, sign up for these online video conferencing platforms.
2. PRE-INTERVIEW PREPARATION
Before attending the interview a candidate shall read details about the company, company's core work. It's a subsidiary or sister company.
A Candidate shall know company structure and details projects about the company and companies interests. With these details preparation for the interview can be done easily. And an interview sample formate question can be formed by the candidate.

3. OUTFIT FOR THE CANDIDATE
When you are going for an interview you should select your outfit very carefully, candidates outfits are the first impression for the interviewers. You should be in a very formal dress when you join the interview.
If you are joining an online interview then also you shall wear the formal dress only.
4. CONFIDENCE AND ATTITUDE
You shall show your confidence when you enter or join the interview. If you are confident while you join the interview, it shows your positive energy to the interviewer.
You shall speak very politely with the interviewer, never show a filmy attitude which we see nowadays on social media platforms.
Your confidence plays the very most important role to attract the interviewer.
5. QUESTION AND ANSWER
Question and Answer session is very important and it has the 60 percent part of the interview process.
If you are fresher so you should prepare the basic concept of your stream. For fresher your, confidence and attitude will work and just basic question will be there.
These basic questions are related to theoretical but these theories are applied at the site. No need to read and memorize the full book course. During question and answer sessions you shall not discuss the topics that you have not read.
For experienced professionals question and answer, sessions are not a big deal to crack, interviewer asks questions related to work you have done before, the experienced candidate also shall not mention any topic or work that he has not to work before.
6. NEGOTIATION SESSION
During negotiation, you shall not underestimate yourself, you shall check the salary range for the post in some other companies.
And ask the salary as per industry standard not as per your current salary.
Because when you the company as per your current salary and when your other your colleagues are getting much better than yours this decrease your self-confidence and you can not play your job 100 percent which effects your progress in the company.
